This here is a Lateral workout, in various forms. Want a solid upper body, this definitely helps keep me cut, and helps me stay independent and strong on my crutches. Also to, please note this is what works for me, and how I contribute to staying independent despite living with a severe disability.
I hope this helps you and remember you can format anything to you’re ability. Anything can be modified and the only way you’re going to know what works for you, is by tying out different things. .
